Glendale Elementary's Colllaboration Model of Education

Glendale Elementary School in Madison, Wisconsin is a model for a new form of team teaching. With its newly developed Collaboration, Shared Ownership and Coaching (CSC) model, students have a team of teachers and all students, regardless of label (special education, english as a second language, deaf or hard of hearing), are taught with differentiation. Students of all abilities learn alongside each other and appreciate each other's cultures and gifts. This is truly a revolutionary video that all educators should watch. Just when you thought it was impossible, you will see success in a classroom.

This is fabulous and a "must see" for professional development, especially as the district embraces more team teaching and curriculum differentiation.

Is it OK to post the link on listservs to others? This is too good not to want to share!
